KDP launches new website to shine a light on the business

Our three brands Fast Labels, Fast Print and Discount Sticker Printing have long since had their own e-commerce websites where customers can quickly and easily order products to their exact specification and find lots of helpful guidance and tips.

But, Kustom Design Printing, as a whole, has previously kept quite a low profile online. Not anymore!

We’ve launched a new company website to shout about the fabulous team we have here at KDP – and show how we work together to deliver premium products and services.

We aim to use this website to share more about what life is like behind the scenes at KDP HQ in Doncaster. We want to provide a real insight into what it’s like to work here; how we support staff and how we help all employees to progress their careers.

We also want to ensure everyone knows about our commitment to providing quality and service and what this means in reality. The new website outlines the processes we have in place to ensure our customers are always happy with the products we deliver AND our workforce gets maximum satisfaction from a job well done too.

We’ve gained ISO 9001 accreditation for our commitment to quality and service, so we know we’re working to the highest standards possible on this.

With sustainability high on the agenda of all good businesses today, we also want to be transparent about what we’re doing to reduce waste, save energy and run as green a workplace as possible. We’ve gained ISO 14001 accreditation which demonstrates our determination to constantly improve our performance on this vital issue.

Our website also tells our business story. KDP was established by Shaun and Steph Pagin in 2013 and over the last ten years we have invested heavily in both the very latest print and production technology and in the knowledge and skills of our staff.

We’ve increased sales year on year and expanded across two sites in Doncaster delivering printed labels and stickers to customers across the UK. We deliver the same high standards to huge corporate and public service clients as we do to small independent craftspeople and producers.

This website will also be key to promoting any job vacancies we have at KDP. So many members of our team describe KDP as ‘one big happy family’ and we want to attract the best new recruits we can and welcome them into the business.
