What’s the best part about working at KDP?
I enjoy working at KDP because everyone works together and gets on like a family.
We all chip in where we need to and help each other out. We are all recognised for what we can bring to the job and have input on certain things that could make the job better. When we come up with suggestions, the managers take our ideas on board and run with them.
How have you progressed since joining KDP?
I have cross trained on a number of machines in production since I’ve been here and can now run three different machines confidently.

What’s the best part about working at KDP?
KDP has changed significantly over the last seven years, and I have been privileged to see the changes it has gone through and how it has grown. The best bit about being part of that is the management structure we have now. I have watched as members of staff have worked through the positions to senior management and I have been part of that myself over the last couple of years. It’s nice to have a senior management that have worked from the ground up so know how to manage the teams and departments well.
How have you progressed since joining KDP?
Since joining KDP, I have worked my way from production operative to supervisor, to head of supervisors. I have been able to learn management skills, something which I had not done before. I had never been part of a management structure before working here and over the last few years, I have learnt such a lot about HR, management skills and people management.
