What’s the best part about working at KDP?
The atmosphere at KDP is amazing, you will always find someone smiling or laughing, everyone acts like a big family. Everyone motivates everyone and it doesn’t matter which department you are from; everyone treats one another as one big team.
What’s the best part about your job?
No day is ever the same, and there is never a dull moment. I love the satisfaction of knowing I have helped a customer and had a positive impact on their day. I love being able to build a good relationship with all our customers, so they know we are a trustworthy company.
How have you progressed since joining KDP?
Since joining KDP, I have gained confidence I never had before. The team at KDP have shown me that I am able to throw myself into tasks I wouldn’t have dreamed at doing before I came here.

What’s the best part about working at KDP?
The best part is the people. I look forward to coming into work every day. Working together with one goal in mind, nothing is ever too much and the staff really do go above and beyond what is asked of them.
What’s the best part about your job?
The best part about my job is making a difference to others’ lives through their career progression. I play a huge part in the training and development of individuals who progress up the ladder showing determination and great work ethic. Helping them to get where they need to be is very rewarding. I love to see how far people have come and see them thrive.
How have you progressed since joining KDP?
I joined KDP with customer service experience and worked in the support team. I was then promoted to support supervisor, then support manager and now head of sales and support. I was the first at KDP to achieve a Level 3 BPIF Management qualification – and, at the same time, was awarded ‘apprentice of the year’ enjoying a trip to London to receive my reward.

The best part about working at KDP is the amazing team morale and atmosphere. Every department works great together as a team, and we are like one big happy family.
What’s the best part about your job?
The best part about my job is helping and ensuring our customers are happy with the labels they receive. Working together as a team and constantly improving customer satisfaction and supporting my team is why I love my job.
How have you progressed since joining KDP?
I am proud of continuously improving my skills in customer support and growing my confidence in quick decision-making to ensure our customers get the best outcome. I’m also proud of progressing quickly into the support supervisor role.

The best part about working here is the people. At KDP it’s like one big family, we all work together and push in the right direction. All employees look out for each other and always support each other in moments of need.
How have you progressed since joining KDP?
Since joining KDP, I have developed not only in my roles but also as a person. I have been here just over two years now and have found myself working my way through the management structure, progressing from support agent, to cover supervisor, to supervisor, then assistant support manager and now support manager.
I have found confidence and grown in my abilities to manage a team and achieve KPIs. I have managed to maintain a stable and happy working environment in which our team is growing and striving to be the best customer support team.
